Perencanaan Strategis Sistem Informasi Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Pekanbaru Menggunakan Ward And Peppard

The rapid development of information systems technology encourages government agencies to develop information systems strategies that are directed and aligned with organizational goals. The business processes carried out by the Pekanbaru Religious High Court currently use information systems technology (STI) support, but still have limitations in information systems strategic planning so that development is less directed and not optimal. This research aims to design strategic planning of information systems at the Pekanbaru Religious High Court using the Ward and Peppard approach. The results showed that the strategic position of the Pekanbaru Religious High Court was in quadrant II which was more directed towards a diversification strategy to maximize existing strengths and minimize external threats. Value chain analysis provides an understanding of the matrix of main and supporting activities that can be supported by SI/ IT. PEST analysis produces an analysis of the development of current SI/IT trends. Also, the results of mapping using MCFarlan's Strategy Grid are 24 application recommendations that are proposed to be developed and built in the future, namely SIPP Appeal, SIKEP, SAKTI, SIASN, e-Kinerja, e-Sadewa, Komdanas, SIPATIN, SOLUSI, ACO, PTA Pekanbaru LIPA Portal, PTA Pekanbaru Website, SISPEK, KAPAL LAYAR, SPARING, KAWAL PERKARA, e-Survey PTA Pekanbaru, PTSP Online, Electronic Guest Book, SIPENDI, SIMPELWAS, e-ZI Teamwork, SIFORSAKTI and Infra Management SI.
