Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Brand Ambassador Dan Brand Image Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Skincare Skintific Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of Product Quality,
Brand Ambassador and Brand Image on Skintific Skincare Purchasing Decisions in
Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were those who had purchased
skintific skincare. The number of samples in this study was carried out using the
Purposive Sampling technique, namely making all members of the population a
sample, so that the number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The data
analysis method for this study used the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method.
The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence
between Product Quality and Purchasing Decisions. There was a positive and
significant influence between Brand Ambassador and Purchasing Decisions. There
was a positive and significant influence between Brand Image and Purchasing
Decisions. There was a positive and significant influence simultaneously between
Product Quality, Brand Ambassador and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions.
