Implementasi Kebijakan Tentang Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) Desa Kuapan Kecamatan Tambang
The implementation of the Kuapan Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Policy is to improve the prosperity of village communities by managing local resources. BUMDes Kuapan was established to manage and develop village potential with the aim of increasing income and quality of life of the community. In this case, the objectives of the Kuapan BUMDes policy are to encourage sustainable village development and increase community involvement in decision-making. However, the implementation of this policy still faces several problems. These include limited resources, management failures, and suboptimal community participation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the Kuapan BUMDes policy and find components that influence its success. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions are carried out on data analysis techniques. The theory used in this study is Edward III's theory with four indicators, namely communication, Resources, Disposition, and Bureaucratic Structure. The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the Policy on Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Kuapan Village, Tambang District has not been implemented properly. The inhibiting factors in the implementation of the policy on Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in Kuapan Village are limited human resources,lack of socialization and communication and fierce business competition.
