Pengaruh Iklim Organisasional Human Relation Dan Fasilitas Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Permata Hijau Indonesia Unit Balam

This study aim to know the effect of organisational climate, human relations, and work facilities on employee performance at the PT Permata Hijau Indonesia Balam Unit. The population in this study was all employees of PT Permata Hijau Indonesia Balam Unit. The tecniqal sampling was total sampling tecnique. The member of samples was 117 emplayes. The data analysis method employed in this research utilizes multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of organisational climate on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence on human relations on employee performance. There is a positive and significant effect of work facilities on employee performance. There is a significant simultaneous effect between organisational climate, human relations, and work facilities on employee performance.
