Pengaruh Beban Kerja Mental Dan Lingkungan Kerja Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt Henson Alfa Gros Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effect of mental workload and physical work environment on employee performance at PT. Henson Alfa Gros. The research method employed is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 72 employees. The regression analysis shows that mental workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (p < 0.05), while the physical work environment variable does not significantly affect performance (p > 0.05). The F-test confirms that, simultaneously, both independent variables significantly influence employee performance (p < 0.05), with a coefficient of determination (R²) of 15.3%. The findings emphasize the importance of operational management in maintaining a balanced mental workload to enhance employee performance. This study recommends the implementation of reward systems and fair task distribution as strategic efforts in managing human resources effectively.
