Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Processing Pada Pt. Usaha Kita Makmur Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and compensation on employee performance in the processing department at PT. Usaha Kita, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This research used a quantitative approach with a multiple linear regression analysis model. The population used in this study was 74 employees, and a sample of 74 respondents was distributed to obtain data. The sampling method used was total sampling or saturated sampling. Statistical data analysis used SPPS software version 26.
The results of the study indicate that motivation and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. High motivation improves employee performance, and good compensation can also improve employee performance.
