Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik, Beban Kerja, Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Tenaga Kesehatan Pada Puskesmas Rantau Panjang Kiri Kecamatan Kubu Babussalam Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of the non-physical work environment, workload, and work motivation on the performance of healthcare workers at the Rantau Panjang Kiri Community Health Center, Kubu Babussalam District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The background of this research is the fluctuation of employee performance, high workload, and low work motivation.
This research employed a quantitative approach with an associative method. The population consisted of all 47 healthcare workers at the Rantau Panjang Kiri Health Center, and the entire population was taken as the sample (census method). Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software.
The results revealed that partially, the non-physical work environment had a significant positive effect on performance, workload had a significant positive effect on performance, and work motivation had a significant positive effect on performance. Simultaneously, the three independent variables had a significant positive effect on employee performance with a contribution of 77.1% (Adjusted R²
= 0.771).
