Pengaruh Persepsi Harga & E. Service Quality Terhadap Repurchase Intention Melalui Kepuasan Konsumen Pengguna Gojek Di Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the effect of price perception and e-service quality on repurchase intention through consumer satisfaction of Gojek users in Pekanbaru. The population and sample in this study were 100 users. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, a data collection method that selects subjects based on certain characteristics deemed relevant to the research objectives. The analytical method used in this study was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach, processed using SmartPLS software version 4. The results showed that price perception had a positive but insignificant effect on repurchase intention, and e- service quality had a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Perceived price and e-service quality have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction, and consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on repurchase intention. Intervening consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on the relationship between perceived price and repurchase intention, and intervening consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on the relationship between e-service quality and repurchase intention.
