Land and Building Tax as a tax which paid bay tax’s object such as land and building. Receiving from land and building widely used for society importance at ascertain regions.Mainly to developed the facility for public likes : roads, bridges, education facilities, and so on. Socialized from Land and Building Tax which do by General Directorate of Land and Building Tax as activity to increasing motivated from society in Sail Sub district to pay Land and Building Tax. This research aim to : (1) known socialized from General Directorate of Land and Building Tax in Pekanbaru City sub district Sail. (2) Known resistor factor and support socialized of Land and Building Tax, (3) known high of awareness form society in Sail sub district to pay Land and Building Tax. This research used qualitative methods. The resources consist of primary data to get directly from society in Sail sub District pekanbaru city, namely response from informant to resistor which studied, meanwhile secondary data resourced from documentation Directorate of Land and Building Tax in pekanbaru City such general description, organization structure, amount of clerks, also job description and play a role of manager. Collecting data observed by interview, and documentation. Checking of validity data by extended the fellowship, trigulation. Results of research describe that : (1) level ofsociety awareness in Sail Sub District Society to paid Land and Building Tax still low, (2) Service which done by General Directorate Land and Building Tax satisfied enough, (3) The cases to repair in servicing namely repeating to collect data and observation beside the using of appropriate tax and application sanction strictly to tax payer which do not execute its obligations.
