Pengaruh Pengawasan Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kedisiplinan Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Pada Dinas Pasar Kota Pekanbaru
This study dilaksakan in Pekanbaru City Office Market. This study aims to determine how the effect of supervision, job satisfaction, either simultaneously or partially on Civil Service Discipline In Pekanbaru City Market Office.
The study population was an employee at the Department of Pekanbaru City Market, amounting to as many as 63 people. Using the method of census sampling method. The analysis used in this study is, multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 19.0
From the results of testing that has been done, the simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that all the variables studied had a significant effect on the variable of discipline. Partial regression test (t test) showed that the control variables have the most significant effect on the variable of discipline civil servants (PNS) at the Department of Pekanbaru City Market. The magnitude of the effect caused by (R2) by two variables together against the dependent variable of 49%, while the remaining 51% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
