Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Industri Minyak Kelapa Di Kecamatan Kempas Jaya Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir

Indonesia's palm oil industry is one of the important foreign exchange earner . Indonesian palm oil production comes from industrial units are scattered in various regions in Indonesia, one of which is in District Kempas Jaya Indragiri Hilir Riau Province . In the course of oil production needed capital and labor are all factors that influence the production of production itself.
The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence factors of capital and labor to the production of palm oil in Kempas Jaya District Indragiri Hilir and know -scale production.

The data collected in this study of primary data collected directly from the study sites were obtained which includes production , capital and labor . While the secondary data obtained from government agencies associated with this research , including the Department of Trade and Industry Indragiri Hilir Riau Profinsi Statistics . Analysis using quantitative descriptive method is then analyzed using mathematical and statistical models.

Partial test , the results showed that a significant effect on the production of capital oil industry while labor does not have a significant influence on the production of palm oil industry . Overall test results , it is known that the capital and labor factors provide a relatively large influence on the development of oil industry production in Sub Kempas Jaya Indragiri Hilir is equal to 99.7 % . While 0.3 % were influenced by other factors not included in this study.
