The present research was aimed to investigate the relationship between Empowerment and Trust with Organizational Citizenships Behavior of Relegion Senior High School Teachers within Educational District Pekanbaru. The research was conducted to 100 Relegion Senior High School Teachers with a random sampling technique. The research method was a survey of a correlational technique.
The instrument used to collect the data of Empowerment and Trust with Organizational Citizenships Behavior was a questionnaire; whose validity and reliability had been tested using an alpha cronbach formula. The data analysis requirement had been tested with a normality test of the population using Liliefort. A simple correlation technique, partial and multiple correlation at the level of α = 0.05. The results show that (1) there is a positive relationship between Empowerment (X1) and Organizational Citizenships Behavior (Y) with regression equation 54,965 + 0,640 X1. The simple correlation coefficient 0,854. (2) There is a positive correlation between Trust (X2) and Organizational Citizenships Behavior (Y) with regression equation 59,447 + 0,598 X2. The simple correlation coefficient 0,756 with level α = 0.05. (3) There is a positive relationship between Empowerment (X1) and Trust (X2) with Organizational Citizenships Behavior (Y) simultaneously with regression equation =34,945 + 0,0439 X1 + 0,406X2. The coefficient of multiple correlation RX1.X2.Y = 0,704.
