The purpose of this study are to examine (1) the effect of budget participation towards performance of government, and (2) the effect of organizational commitment n style of leadership towards relationship between budget participation and performance of government.
The samples of this study are pejabat eselon II, III, dan IV in pekanbaru government. The data obtained were analyzed with using multiple regression analysis with through 17 version of spss software.
The result of research show that the budget participation has positive and significant effect on performance of government. Then effect organizational commitment no effect on the relationship between buget participation and performance of government and style of leadership has significant negative on the relationship between buget participation and performance of government.
