Migrasi Masuk di Kecamatan Bagan Sinembah Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

This study aims to answer: (1) What are the demographic characteristics of migrants into the Rokan Hilir, mainly in Sub Chart Sinembah? (2) How alternatives and opportunities migrant labor that goes into Rokan Hilir, mainly in Sub Chart Sinembah? (3) What are the factors driving them to migrate to the District Chart Sinembah? (4) What policy strategies must be related to the handling of migration flows into the region's Rokan Hilir?. The location of this research is in District Chart Sinembah, particularly the city of Bagan Stone Rokan Hilir as newly developed area. Data analysis was performed using descriptive study using the quantitative cross table and frequency distribution. The study found that demographic characteristics of migrants who entered Rokan Hilir, especially the old city of Bagan Batu generally productive. Migrant employment opportunities in Rokan Hilir, is strongly associated with an average education they are only secondary education. The driving factors migrate to the District Chart Sinembah caused by the provision of education that only secondary education. Policy strategies that should be associated with the handling of migration flows into the region's Rokan Hilir, among other things: (1) The need for balanced development of balance created between the city of Bagan Stone with other towns / villages around it so that no imbalance between cities / villages in Rokan Hilir. (2) The need for the expansion of small industries are labor intensive, so the employment and the absence of open unemployment. It is also a clear need for regulation are governed by Local Rule or Regulation Regent and enforced consistently and escorted by society and NGOs in general. (3) The existence of a clear regional minimum wage and is run strictly for labor melindungai of uncertainty employers.
