Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Pelayanan Dan Marketing Pada Bank Internasional Indonesia Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at the headquarters of Bank International Indonesia Pekanbaru branch. The object of research is job satisfaction and organizational culture on kayawan parts and service marketing at Bank International Indonesia Pekanbaru. This study aimed to measure job satisfaction, and identify and measure organizational culture influence employee performance terhdap Bank International Indonesia Pekanbaru.Sampel study were employees of Bank International Indonesia Pekanbaru totaling 52 people. Data and research are the primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 52 selected samples.
Methods of data analysis done by multiple linear regression, the F test and t test. F of the test, resulting conclusion that the variable job satisfaction and organizational culture seignifikan simultaneously affect the performance of employees at PT. Bank Internasional Indonesia in Pekanbaru, and of the t test, it is known that in partial job satisfaction and organizational culture affect the performance of employees at PT. Bank Internasional Indonesia in Pekanbaru, shows up tof t value is greater than the value of t table.
The implications of this research, the company must maintain it properly and continue memperhatikandan improve services by making employees feel comfortable and that aims to make employees senangbekerja willmore have loyalitastinggi to maintain the best performance for the company.
