Pengaruh Motivasi, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Partisipasi Penyusunan Anggaran Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi (Studi Empiris Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Riau)

The purpose of this studi examined influen of knowledge of motivation, oranization’s
commitment and participation in budgetary on organizational performance wich
Independen variable are motivation, oranization’s commitment and participation in
budgetary, and dependent organizational performance. The sample of study SKPD in
Provinsi Riau. The data obtained by purposive sampling method and respondent in
this research are 71 firm. Collecting data by direct survey at the area of attainable
for Provinsi Riau . Hypothesis are tested empirically used multiple reression for each
sample. The result of the study indicated that’s first, motivation has significant
positive impact on organizational performance wich significant value 0.000, second
intraction of commitment participation organization has signifikan positive impact
onorganizational performancae with signifikan value 0.000, and interaction third
intraction participation budget preparation has significant positive organizational
performance with signifikan value 0.000
