Strategi Pemasaran Agroindustri Keripik Tempe Di Desa Buluh Rampai Kecamatan Seberida Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu (Studi Kasus Agroindustri Keripik Tempe Dua Putri Mbak Siti)
This study aimed to analyze consumer attitudes through tempe chips, analyzes the marketing mix and formulate marketing strategies tempe chips Dua Putri, to identified strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that faced in tempe chips agroindustry marketing and to formulate the marketing strategies of Dua Putri’s tempe chips agroindustry. This research was conducted at Dua Putri’s tempe chips agroindustry in Buluh Rampai Village Seberida Sub-district Indragiri Hulu Regency on January until May 2015. The analytical method used descriptive qualitative and to identified product, price, place, promotion and service, as well as formulate a marketing strategy with SWOT analysis. The results showed that the marketing mix tempe chips get a scoreof 4.12 with effect category. seen from the consumer response toa product with a score of 4.55 with a very influential category, price category with a score of 4.30 is very influential and location get a score of 4.44 is very influential category, while for the promotion get a score of 3.12 with influential and service categories got a score of 4.18 with influential category, and for marketing strategies of tempe chips agroindustry is to maintain existing markets and seek new markets including exhibition, the exhibition is there to improve their skills in providing products with flavor, nutritional value, make packaging more attractive in order to reach the marketing of products inside and outside the district, improve the taste and quality and maximize promotion, looking for alternative marketing channels.
