Under suppervision of Novia Dewi as the chief of commision and Jum’atri Yusri as the member of commisoin. Productivity and farm income palm patterns of independent smallholders in Indragiri Hilir Distric is low, presumably because differences of land typology. There are four typologies of land in Indragiri Hilir, namely mainland land, peat tidal, peat marine and marine. This study aims to determine the productivity, farming palm income based typology of land and the factors that production affect. The quantitative analysis is done by building a model of multiple linear regression analysis with dummy variables. The conclusion of this research show that productivity and farm income palm patterns of independent smallholders in the Indragiri Hilir District on the mainland land typology is the best compared to the typology of peat tidal, peat marine and marine. The dominant factors affecting the production of palm oil in Indragiri Hilir District is the use of fertilizers, labor and land typology. Elasticity shown that the use of labor and the use of fertilizers has elasticity > 1. Recommendations from this research is to increase the amount of fertilizer use, the amount of labor, and building infrastructure. Keywords: Productivity, Revenue and Land Typology
