This thesis is submitted in order to qualify holds a Bachelor of Sociology. With the title " Teen Portrait Of Teenagers Behave Deviant In Duri Mandau District Bengkalis Regency. The issues discussed in the thesis is the factor of teenagers do the abberant behavior and characteristics of the adolescents who had his behavior distorted. The problem of crime teenagers should receive spesial attention both from the family the especially from the parents that is the nearest teenagers. The subject of this research is all adolescents who had deviant behavior. The sampling used in this research is the cencus. The sensus is a method of sampling in the whole. The method used is the method of quantitative descriptive with data analysis quantitative and qualitative. Instruments screening data used is observation, quitioner and documents. The theory used to the problem of the deviant behavior is according to E.H Sutherland, the said person’s behavior by the same way with behavior that is not bad. The theory used also is the theory of Kartini Kartono about the theory of this subculture buckle the trust confidence, ambitions certain (for example the ambition of the material, relaxed life, the pattern of criminal, relationship, heterosexual and other ) that motivates the emergence of group of teenagers madcap and criminal.
The research in general, the writer can say that the deviant behavior that used the most affected is the theme of the same age and the process of family. The same age became one of the factors that affect because peers is a place where teenagers do act in the achievement of the character himself. Factor of the process of family that too much pressure on children will cause disruption of the children’s mental, to do with the child’s parents are less relevant or less harmonious, often got into an argument to be the trigger factor of the child does not feel at home are at home and spend more time with friends to do the abberant behavior.
