This study aims to determine the effect health and safety program and competence on employee productivity both simultaniously and partially at PT. PLN (Persero) UPT Pekanbaru. The population of this research are the employee of engineering department at PT. PLN Persero as many as 87 people, considering the population is less, the technique of determining the number of samples using census method. To analyse the data using multiple regression method. The results showed that partially health and safety program and competence significantly influence the employee productivity at PT. PLN UPT Pekanbaru. Simultaneously safe and healthy program and competence significantly affect employees productivity at PT PLN Persero Pekanbaru UPT.
