This final project discusses the pharmacy information system of public hospitals. General hospital is a hospital located in Kuantan Singingi. This information system to facilitate employee house pharmacies kuantan Gulf General in carrying out his job. This information system is able to process data Patient data Drug, and be able to make statements Stock drugs to be reported to the Director of the General Hospital of the Gulf of Kuantan. Making this information system using HTML programming language, PHP and MySQL as the database. Whereas in its design using a flowchart, context diagrams, charts tiered (Hyrarchy chart), DFD (Data Flow Diagram), data dictionary, ER diagrams (Entity Relationship).
