This research aims to know the influence of capital and loan period
against people's income in the village of Lubuk Sakat subdistrict of Perhentian
Raja Kampar Regency .The data used in this research is data cross section 2016.
Methods of analysis used are Analysis method of Ordinary Least Squares (OLS).
In this research that became the variable dependennya is the people's income
while being its independent variable is a loan and the loan term. This research
was performed using hypothesis testing the regression coefficient (coefficient
determination test, F test, and t). The results of this research were obtained that
the variables of the loan capital and loan term simultaneously give significant
effects against the opinions of the community in the village of Lubuk King Stop
Creep Subdistrict of Kampar Regency, amounting to a significant level of 0.000
23.168. Partial test results with the level of significant (α) 5% obtained capital
loan variables that have a positive influence, namely of 3,168 and significantly to
people's income, while the variable loan term of negative influence-6.503. The
magnitude of the influence that caused (R2) by both the independent variable in
the variable dependennya is the percentage against 80.7% while the rest 19.3%
influenced by other variables not in meticulous in this research. Keyword: Loan Capital, Loan Term, People's Income, OLS.
