Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Dan Loyalitas Pasien Di Puskesmas Siak Hulu Iii
This study aimed to analyze the effects of service quality to the patient satisfaction and loyalty at siak hulu III health center. In this study, there are three variables Service Quality (X), Patient Satisfaction (Y1) and Patient Satisfaction (Y2). Population of this research is Patient at Siak Hulu III Health Center with a sample of 100 people respondents were selected using purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study Path Analysis with SPSS version 21. The resurlts of this research shows that Service Quality positive and significant impact on Patient Satisfacion at Puskesmas Siak Hulu. Service Quality positive and significant impact on Patient Loyalty at Puskesmas Siak Hulu. Patient Satisfacion positive and significant impact on Patient Loyalty at Puskesmas Siak Hulu. Service Quality positive and significant impact on Patient Loyalty mediation patient satisfaction at Puskesmas Siak Hulu. Keyword: Service Quality, Patient Satisfaction, Patient Loyalty
