Kepentingan Jepang Dalam Merekonstruksi Dan Merehabilitasi Aceh Pasca Tsunami 2004-2006

This research is to describe the Japanese 's interest in Aceh reconstruction and
rehabilitation program post tsunami in 2004. The aim of this research is want io know
and afl..alyze Japanese interest in helping Aceh post tsunami. The earthquake held on
26 December 2004 in Aceh had been destroyed some infrastructure, living area, and
social facility and also influenced social, economic, and welfare of the citizen.
This research is using concept national interest by Jack C Plano and Roy
Olton, and Donald E Nuechterlain. The writer also uses Graham T Allison analysis
about rational actor described the process of foreign policy decision - making. The
level of analysis of this research is nation state, while the method is a qualitative with
description of analysis and using library research technique.
Japanese gave to recovering Aceh post tsunami not only humanitary interest,
but also as economic and political interest. The reason is that seems like tendention
increasing bilateral relation with Indonesia trough this event.
