Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Agung Automall Cabang Soekarno Hatta Pekanbaru
This research was conducted at PT. Agung Automall Soekarno Hatta Branch, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. The study population was 45 employees and defined by census model.
The research variables used are leadership, work motivation and organizational culture as independent variables and performance as dependent variable. Data analysis method used are descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with assisted tool SPSS 17 for windows.
The results concluded that leadership, work motivation, and organizational culture significantly influence the performance of employees. Leadership and work motivation variables significantly influence partially on employee performance, whereas organizational culture has no significant effect partially on employee performance. The amount of influence generated (R2) by these three variables together on the dependent variable 72.9%, while the rest of 27.1% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
