This thesis explores information system web-based meeting room reservation at hotel grand Tjokro pekanbaru. Hotel Grand Tjokro is one of the businesses engaged in services. This business is engaged in services such as meeting room booking, reservation, and booking meeting rooms. The reservation information system to facilitate customers to book hotel room without having to come to the hotel. The system is capable of processing information meeting room booking data and generate reports such as meeting room booking reports and consumer reports per month. Making the meeting room reservation information system using HTML programming language, PHP, and MySQL as the database, run on the network. In design use program flowchart, DFD ( Data Flow Diagram ) .
