Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Kerupuk Kulit Di Kecamatan Tampan Kota Pekanbaru
Crackers skin is one of the basic types of foods made from cowhide or buffalo, The manufacturing process is still traditional and classified into small and medium industries. The research was conducted in the Tampan District and aims to determine how much influence the capital, labor and raw materials in the production of crackers improve skin and to determine which factors are more dominant in influencing the skin cracker production in Sub Tampan Pekanbaru City. The samples were used as respondents drawn using census method in which all the population sampled.
The method used is multiple linear regression. Questionnaires were distributed to 22 respondents and the results were collected with a complete answer is obtained from 22 respondents. Furthermore, the data collected in the analysis with the help of the program SPSS version 21.0 using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis and other analyzes to produce the classic assumption test, model of data analysis, coefficient of determination and other tests.
From the calculation results were obtained coefficient of each independent variable is the coefficient of X1 (capital) of 0.230, the coefficient of X2 (labor) of 0.085, the coefficient of X3 (raw materials) of 0,991dan regression coefficient of determination of 8.71% ,
