Meningkatkan Kemampuan Motorik Kasar Melalui Bermain Bola Kasti Pada Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Di Paud Melati Kecamatan Rengat Barat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu

Based on observations in the field related to the gross motor skills of children encountered symptoms such as problems of the children can not make a move to jump, jump, and ran a coordinated manner, the children can not throw anything in a focused, the children can not catch anything properly, children can not movement of anticipation, the child may not utilize the tools of the game outside of the classroom. The place and time of the study conducted in PAUD Melati Kecamatan Rengat Barat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, which is carried out after four months. This type of research using action research (PTK), which is a method of research that aims to see the effectiveness of learning techniques. Subjects in this study were all children aged 5-6 years in PAUD Melati Kecamatan Rengat Barat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu totaling 10 people. The data used is primary data. The tools used to collect data on motor skills rude is the observation sheet. Based on the survey results revealed that gross motor skills in children aged 5-6 years in Kecamatan Rengat Barat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu before using play baseball gross motor skills of children are still low by obtaining an average value of 32%. After the implementation of the actions completed in the second cycle, the acquisition value of the average gross motor skills of children increased to 84%. Based on the analysis results of the study it can be concluded that playing baseball can improve gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in Kecamatan Rengat Barat Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu.
