Honorary Council General Election Organizer (DKPP) was formed in order to improve the democratic system itself to be more qualified, respectable and dignity. Honorary Council General Election Organizer (DKPP) instead of election management body, but the duty and authority associated with election officials organizers. The existence DKPP expected as much as possible to prevent the practice of organizing elections in defiance of democratic values. Elections must be held with reference to the principles of fair elections and democratic. DKPP serves to maintain the integrity and credibility of the independence of election management. Therefore, in carrying out its functions, DKPP can even dismiss members of the KPU and Bawaslu if found in violation of the Election ethic's code. DKPP always active and responsive to each report / complaint alleged violations of the ethic's code which must remain a standard based on the laws that exist. In the General Election Process there are so many issues to achieve a perfect democracy. DKPP as aid agencies Election handle ethical issues, both the election organizers and BAWASLU Commission, the duties and authority which mandated of the act apparently in his decision could still lead to multiple interpretations which raises the pros and cons.
