In this reseach, there are some problems that will be discussed they are : how is the implementation of women involvement of the means completeness in DPRD of Riau Province based on the rule No 27 Year 2009 Concerning of MPR DPR DPD and DPRD ?what are the factors that can be a problem in implementation of women involvement of the means completeness in DPRD of Riau Province? What is the effort that should be do to overcome the problem that appean in implementation of women involment of the means completeness in DPRD ?
To get the accurate data in this research, the writer used research menthod as law position in a society. The kid of this research is law research, that is yuridis sosiologis. The writer book the member of DPRD of Riau Province of population of the research .to save the time , strength , and cost in conducting the research , it was neressary for the writer sample them. In this case , the writer used purposive sampling that is a sample based on the writers consideration . This research used a primary data. The primary data is classified into two. They are primary data and secondary data. In analyzing the data , the writer used deductive thinking that get conlusion according to general cases to be a specific statement.
The result of this research is known that the implementation of women involvement of the means completeness in DPRD of Riau Province based on the rule No 27 Year 2009 concerning of MPR DPR DPD and DPRD , because of the result eventhought the all of the means completeness DPRD of Riau Province are arranged by regulation act. It includes women involvement that is 30% .so what ,it can’t be an assessment about women involvement who have more that man in Indonesia . the factor that become the problem in implementation of women involvement of the means completeness in DPRD of Riau Province. First , culture factor that grow badly and can influence women involvement in politic. Second, the level of education and women’s skill.Third, the stage of human resources of women self. The effort that can be used in preventif problem that happen in implementation of women involvement of the means completeness in DPRD of Riau Province that decrease women discrimination, improre the level of women education and increase humen resources of women.
