Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Partisipasi Anggaran, Dan Pola Pengelolaan Keuangan Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (Ppk – Blud) Terhadap Kinerja Pimpinan (Studi Empiris Pada Puskesmas Kota Pekanbaru Tahun 2017)

This study aims to examine : (1) the effect of commitmen organization on performance leadership, (2) the effect of participation budget on performance leadership, and (3) the effect of financial management pattern – local public service agency on performance leadership. The population in this study was All employees which work at puskesmas in Pekanbaru city. In this study, the sample used is the 60 respondents were selected using purposive sampling method. This study used primary data by dissemination of the questionnaires. The analytical tool used in this study was Stastistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 21.0. The result of this research showed that : (1) commitmen organization effect on the performance leadership with significant level of 0.000 < 0,05, (2) participation budget effect on the performance leadership with significant level of 0.000 < 0,05, and (3) financial management pattern – local public service agency effect on performance leadership with significant level of 0.027 < 0,05.
