Abstract: This research aim to increase ability converse to puppets media at age child 4-5 year in PAUD Mutiara Kasih district of Tebing Tinggi Barat sub-province archipelago of Meranti. This type research is of class action performed within 2 cycle. Appliance data collecting which used in this research is in the form ofobservation sheet. Amount of sampel in this research is 10 child people, which is from 6 boy people, and 4 daugther people. And benefit to child that is growing of ability converse child puppets media. Pursuant to analysis process assessment from tpo cycle happened improvement. Visible of data early before cycle and cycle of 1 show the make-up of from 38% becoming 47,33% there are make-up of equal to 24% and percentage of the improvement still in criterion start to expand (MB), hence have to be continued to cycle of ll. At cycle of ll, ability converse child puppets media obtained by average value 70,2% with criterion expand it to (BSH). Thereby, make-up of from cycle of 1 to cycle of II that is 48% with criterion expand it to (BSH). Mean to puppets media can improve ability converse child in PAUD Mutiara Kasih. This improvement happened because child very interest with puppets media.
