Effect of Token Economy Against Discipline of Ages 4-5 Years at KB Al-Barokah Village Boncah Kesuma District Kabun Rokan Hulu District. The background of this research is the problem of discipline in children, the researchers found some children who are still late school, at the time of praying there are still children who joke and talk to other friends, when washing hands there are children who do not want to queue, or on when playing children scramble toys with friends and so forth. Parents and teachers always think of the right way of applying discipline to children from toddlers to childhood and through adolescence. Discipline behavior provides many benefits. Discipline teaches a person to follow the rules in force so as to be familiar with order. Order in life makes people have calm in living life. The formulation of the problem in this research, how to discipline the child before the token economy method is done and how the children's discipline after the token economy method and how much influence the token economy method of child discipline in KB ALBAROKAH Bencah Kesuma Kabukan District Rokan Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of token economy on the discipline of children, knowing the discipline of children before token economy and child discipline after token economy in KB Al-Barokah Village Boncah Kesuma Kabukan District Rokan Hulu Regency .. Children who are in the category of BSB 12 or 60% of children, who are in the BSH category as many as 8 or 40% of children, and no children in the MB and BB category means child discipline at the time of posttest improvement. Experimental research was conducted to find out significant influence before and after given token economy.
