Abstract: the purpose of this study is: 1) To find out whether through the recycling project method can improve the fine motor skills in children aged 5-6 years In Cempaka Kindergarten Sadar Jaya Village Siak Small District Bengkalis Regency. 2) To find out how the implementation of the recycling project method is applied to improve the fine motor skills increase in children aged 5-6 years At TK Cempaka Desa Sadar Jaya Kecamtan Siak Kecil Bengkalis Regency. 3) To know the percentage improvement of fine motor skills using recycling project method in children aged 5-6 years In Cempaka Kindergarten Sadar Jaya Village Siak Small District Bengkalis Regency. This form of research is a classroom action research, using an observation sheet consisting of 5 indicators of fine motor skills. Based on the results of research indicate in every cycle of meeting the increase that can be seen through the result of percentage of fine motor ability of child, Based on the results of the study showed that in each meeting cycle the increase can be seen through the percentage of fine motor ability of the child, with the percentage value before the cycle 39,00%, average recapitulation cycle I 44,33%, average recapitulation cycle II 71,33%. It can be seen from the improvement of child data from before treatment to cycle I of 6,33%, and cycle I to cycle II of 26,00%, as well as an increase from before treatment to cycle II of 32,33%. Thus it can be concluded that through the recycling method can improve the fine motor skills of children aged 5-6 years in TK Cempaka Sadar Jaya Village Siak Small District Bengkalis Regency.
