Pelaksanaan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Pramusaji Di Tamingsari Café Turi Beach Resort Batam
ABSTRACT
Turi Beach Resort is located in a city of Batam city where the location is a lot of favorite locations for tourists in the country and foreign tourists to visit, the purpose of this study (1) to know the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures Pramusaji at Tamingsari Turi Beach Resort Batam (2 ) to know the constraints encountered in the implementation of SOP waiter and waitress. The design of this study using qualitative methods with descriptive approach in which researchers will retrieve data from informants who know the restaurant in Turi Beach Resort Batam. Implementation of the SOP can be said Less follow the operational standards that have been set.
From the results of the research that became the indicator is Mise And Place preparation of the opening of the restaurant, Table Setting tableware, Greet And Great welcoming guests, Offering Menu offers menu, Taking Order order taking, Other Service additional services, Clearing Table table cleaning, Taking The Dessert Order taking desserts, Presenting Bill's racketeering, Clearing and resetting the rearrangement of the eating position. In the execution of Duties or Job desk there is Sop and the implementation is not in accordance with the applicable Sop at Tamingsari Cafe and some obstacles found are Individual, Leadership, Team and system.
