Pengaruh Pemberian Dosis Biofertilizer Formulasi Berbeda Terhadap Parameter Fisika Dan Pertumbuhan Ikan Gabus (Channa Sp.) Pada Kolam Tanah Gambut
Peat soil has a problem when viewed from physical parameters, including bulk density, crude fiber and high porosity. The amount is extensive but has not been utilized properly, so the biofertilizer formulation is expected to be able to improve the quality of the peat soil, so it is good for fish culture media. This research was conducted in January until March 2018 in the Peatsoil of Kualu Nenas Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The purposed of this study was to determine the effect of biofertilizer formulations on the several physical parameters and determine the effect on the growth of Channa sp. The experimental design used a complete randomized design (CRD) with five treatments and four replications. The treatment applied were (B0) control, (B1) 300 g/m2, (B2) 450 g/m2, (B3) 600 g/m2, (B4) 750 g/m2. The result shown that biofertilizer formulation of 750 g/m2 (B4) treatment of the best, especially soil color 10 YR 2/2, bulk density 0.88 g/cm3, crude fiber 5.70%, porosity 31.14%, themprature 29oC, turbidity 12,50 NTU, total suspended solid 150 mg/l, absolute weight growth 2.27 g, specific growth rate of 5.58% and survival rate 75%.
