The purpose of this final project is to repair and maintain the G.D.W LZ 350 MB1 type lathe so that it can be reused with maximum results. The implementation of this Final Project begins by studying the condition of the engine, finding information on engine damage, diagnosing engine damage, collecting a list of engine damage that will be repaired, determining the repair method that will be applied, carrying out the chosen method, and the last is the finishing process. At this finishing stage consists of painting, component assembly, and adjustment, then testing the lathe that has been repaired. The result of this final project is the condition of the lathe becomes normal again in some parts that are damaged, such as the electrical system, motor, tailstock, automatic speed regulator, gear for the aprod feedrod, lever for the control system, and engine paint conditions.Keywords: Repair, Maintenance, Lathe Machine
