Pengaruh Suku Bunga Acuan Bank Indonesia, Nilai Tukar Dan Country Risk Terhadap Foreign Direct Investment Di Indonesia Periode 2000-2018
This research aims to determine the effect of BI rate, exchange rate, and country risk on foreign direct investment in indonesia period 2000-2018, using data from Bank Indonesia, International Country Risk Guide, and Indonesian Investment Board.
This research adopted dercriptive and quantitative analysis by using multiple liniear regression method which is applied on Eviews verse 10 computer program. Normality test, classic assumption, determination coefficient, F tes and t test are used in this research.
The result of this study shows simultaneously variable of BI rate, exchange rate and country risk give significant effect to foreign direct investment in Indonesia with prob.(F-statistic) 0,000001 0,05. Partially, BI rate has probability 0,0025 0,05, meaning it has significant negative on foreign direct investment in Indonesia; Exchange rate has probability 0,0001 0,05, meaning it has significant positive on foreign direct investment in Indonesia. While, country risk has probability 0,0115 0,05, meaning it has significant negative on foreign direct investment in Indonesia. Value of determination coefficient shows that BI rate, exchange rate and country risk has effect to the foreign direct investment amounted to 83,04% and the remaining 16,96% in effected by other factors outside this research.
