Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Motivasi Dan Kinerja Pada Bagian Hr Employee Pt. Chevron Pacific Indonesia Pekanbaru Riau
This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and competence on motivation and performance. The research was conducted at PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia Pekanbaru Riau. This research uses quantitative methods, with the aim of analyzing the performance of 82 employees in the HR department. Method of descriptive analysis is used to describe the characteristics of respondents and hypotheses using the relevant statistical tests. The variables used are organizational culture and competence as independent variables, motivation and performance as dependent variables. Data analysis in this study conducted out by steps of WrapPLS-based structural equation modeling.
The results of this study concluded that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance and motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. On the other hand, organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance, but competence has a significant effect on employee performance. The organizational culture and competence do not affect employee performance through motivation indirectly.
