Analisis Karakter Fenotip Dan DNA Ikan Gurami (Osphronemus Gouramy Lac.) Yang Berasal Dari Sungai Kampar Kanan Provinsi Riau
Gourami (O.gouramy) representing Fish consume freshwater with potential high economic value to be developed. Fish gourami coming from Right River Camphor have excellence, like good growth, hold up to disease but there is no data information about and also fenotif of genetik. This research aim to analysing character of fenotip, variation of genetik, growth rate and influence offis quality of Carp fish habitat water coming from Territorial Water Of Right River Kampar. This Research executed in September 2017 till May 2018. Sampel collected from 3 station, that is Accumulating Basin of PLTA Koto Panjang, District Of Kampar, Kampar East and District Of Siak Hulu, Measurement of morphology character conducted in Balai Benih Ikan Lokal (BBIL) Bangkinang. Measurement of variation genetic variation by the RAPD (Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA) method was carried in Research and Development Of Decorative Conducting Fish of Depok.
The results showed significant morphometric differences of 28 characters of fish gourami populations, station 1 to station 2 is 12 characters (42,8%) and station population 2 to 3 counted 6 character (21,4%). The morphometric analysis which characters is A6 (Head Height). Morphometrically the population of station 1 forms one cluster with 2 and separated from the population of station 3. Genetically the kinship between station 3 and 1 has a closer relationship so that it forms one cluster with genetic distance, which is 0.2475. While the farthest kinship relationship is between station 2 and 1 with genetic distance, which is 0.3363 and between station 2 and 3 with genetic distance, which is 0.3318. Station 2 heterozygosity is 0.2582; station 3 is 0.239; Station 1, which is 0.2316 and between populations, which is 0.2931.Genetic dendogram shows that population of station1 with 3 forms one cluster and separated from station 2.
The results of growth rate measurement show that gourami fish station 1 and 3 show the highest daily length growth of 0,034+0,052 cm/day, lowest station 2 is 0,027+0,095 cm/day. The daily weight growth rate of station 2 Gurami fish showed the highest value, namely 3,26+0,34 g/day, station 3 was 3,07±0,29 g/day and the lowest was station 1 which was 2,53+0,65 g/day. The quality of water stations 1 with 2 there are 9 parameters of water quality that are significantly different, between stations 1 and 3 there are 10 parameters of water quality that are significantly different and between stations 2 and 3 there are only 4 parameters of water quality that are significantly different.
