Pengaruh Modal, Tenaga Kerja, Dan Bahan Baku Terhadap Produksi Industri Kecil Furniture Kayu Di Kabupaten Pelalawan

This study aims to find out how the influence of capital, labor, and raw materials on the production of small wood furniture industries in Pelalawan Regency. This study uses primary and secondary data obtained from the Department of Industry and Trade of Pelalawan Regency and obtained directly from respondents in the wood furniture industry in Pelalawan Regency. In this study using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method to determine the change in the value of the dependent variable namely Y production which is influenced by the independent variables namely capital (X1), labor (X2), and raw materials (X3). By using multiple linear regression techniques. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative, to explain the numbers processed by computers using the SPSS program 21.0 version.
The results showed that simultaneously (F test) produces a calculated F value of 297.976 and a F table value of 3.37 where F count is greater than F table (297.976> 3.37), it can be concluded that capital, labor, and raw materials together have a significant effect on the production of small wood furniture industries in Pelalawan Regency. The linear test (t test) shows that capital, labor, and raw materials have a positive and significant effect on the production of small wood furniture industries in Pelalawan Regency. The results of the determination coefficient (R2) of the independent variables on the dependent variable obtained a value of 97.0%, while the remaining 3% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
