Analisis Permintaan Rawon Pada Usaha Rumah Makan Yang Menyajikan Menu Rawon Di Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to analyze demand for rawon in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study all residents in Pekanbaru City and samples of 100 responden determined by the formula slovin. The data used are secondary data and primary data obtained from BPS, Departement of Tourism and Culture Pekanbaru City, survey data and questionnaires. The method used is descriptive analysis by using Likert scale using continuum line to classify the measured variable in order to avoid errors in determining the result data. The purpose of this study was to find out what factors influenced the demand for rawon and how to increase rawon sales in Pekanbaru City. The results of this study indicate that the variable price of goods itself, other goods price variables, variables tastes,variables promotion,variables income,seasonal variables, and location variables are demand factors of rawon in Pekanbau City. The price of goods itself, variables tastes and location variables that is in accordance with costumer demand will be the rawon in Pekanbaru City. While the other goods price variable quite appropriate in influencing demand of rawon in Pekanbaru City .While the variables promotion, variables income,and seasonal variables not suitable for influencing demand of rawon in Pekanbaru City. To the rawon entrepreneur in order to maintain the price,the taste and quality of rawon, and expand promotion through social media, advertisements and brochures so rawon can be known by the whole population in Pekanbaru City, not only the overseas of java, as well as the sellers can improve marketing management aspects to increase sale of rawon .
