Faktor - Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Permintaan Gadai Emas Pada Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Subrantas Di Kota Pekanbaru

This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru, in Perum Pegadaian Syariah Subrantas Branch which is located at Jalan Hr. Subrantas Km 10,5, Sidomulyo Barat, Tampan Pekanbaru. The aim of this research was to determine the affect of income, the number of family dependents, administrative costs, and maintenance costs on the demand of gold pawning at Pegadaian Syariah Subrantas Branch in Pekanbaru City. The population of this research is all customers of the Subrantas Branch of Pegadaian Syariah that used 1,722 gold pawning services. The samples of this research were taken using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples was about 99 people. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression test which is a test to measure the strength of the relationship between two or more variables and to show the direction of the relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. Based on the results and discussion in this research, it is known that income, administrative costs, and maintenance costs simultaneously affect the demand of pawning, while the number of family dependents has no partial effect on pawn requests in Pegadaian Syariah Subrantas Branch in Pekanbaru City
