Pengaruh Suku Bunga, Inflasi, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Dan Jumlah Uang Beredar (M2) Terhadap Investasi Portofolio Asing Di Pasar Modal Indonesia Periode Tahun 2001-2018
ABSTRACK
This study aims to determine the effect of variable interest rates, inflation, economic growth and M2 money supply on investments in foreign portfolios on the Indonesian capital market and the most influential variable that influences investments in foreign portfolios on the Indonesian capital market in 2001- 2018.This study uses secondary data obtained from reports and publications from Bank Indonesia and the Ministry of Commerce.
In research, the data is processed using multiple regression model analysis with the least squares method. Normal Least Square (OLS) processed using tools, namely by calculating the E-Views 10 program.The results of this study state that the variable interest rates, inflation, economic growth and M2 money collectively influence the variable foreign portfolio investments in the Indonesian capital market in 2001-2018 by 62% and the remaining 38% are influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model. The interest rate variable is the most influential variable on foreign portfolio investments on the Indonesian capital market and partly the interest rate variable has a negative impact on foreign portfolio investments and the variable money supply has a positive effect on foreign portfolio investments. Variable economic growth and inflation have, in part, no significant impact on foreign portfolio investments on the Indonesian capital market.
