Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of labor, technology, raw materials and capital on soybean processed production in Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province.
The study population is all soybean processing industry players, mainly in the form of tofu and tempeh industries as many as 65 industries. The sampling technique in this study is the census, which is the entire population is sampled, this is because the population is less than 100. The measurements taken in this study are using questionnaires while the analysis technique is by multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program.
Based on the results of the study, it was found that labor, technology, raw materials and capital had a significant positive effect on soybean processing industry production in Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. Furthermore, technology has no significant effect on soybean processing industry production in Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. Raw materials have a significant positive effect on soybean processing industry in Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. And capital has a significant positive effect on soybean processing industry production in Pelalawan Regency, Riau Province. However, Labor is the most dominant factor affecting the production of soybean processing industry in Pelalawan Regency, it can be seen from the regression coefficient that the labor variable has the greatest value.
