Analisis Kelayakan Industri Mikro Kreatif Plakat Di Kecamatan Pekanbaru Kota
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the placard creative micro industry in Pekanbaru Kota Sub-district and to find out what problems or obstacles were faced in running the placard creative industry in Pekanbaru Kota Sub-district. The analytical method used in the business feasibility test consists of NPV and B/CRatio. The study population was 62 business units, sampling by census method that is the entire population used as a sample.
The results showed that the review of non-financial aspects namely market and marketing aspects, technical aspects of production and social economy aspects showed that the placard creative industry in Pekanbaru Kota Sub-district was feasible to run and develop. In terms of financial aspects, a Net Present Value value of Rp. 73.331.193 is greater than 0, meaning that the creative industry is able to provide net income. Benefit Cost Ratio of 1,2445 means that it is greater than 1. The calculation shows that the creative placard micro industry in Pekanbaru Kota Sub-district has prospects and deserves to be developed.
