Analisis Supply Chain Management Pada Industri Ikan Salai Patin Di Desa Koto Mesjid Kecamatan Xii Koto Kampar
This research aims to know how does the Supply Chain Managment proccess of smooked catfish industry in Koto Mesjid Village XIII Koto Kampar District. As A Central Processing of Fresh Water Fish,Koto Mesjid Village had Smooked Cat Fish as a good Commodity. In detail, the research objectives were:1) to describe the Supply Chain Management process of Smooked Cat Fish Industry in Koto Mesjid Village, 2) to describe the Smooked Cat Fish Businessman Behaviour in Koto Mesjid Village,3) to describe the Supply Chain Management Performance of Smooked Cat fish industy. The research method is using the Food Supply Chain Network (FSCN) Approach which is described by Likert Scale. The reslut shows that in the Supply Chain Management process, the smooked cat fish industry in Koto Mesjid Village is already had market target, a structural chain member, and had the brand identity. The Supply Chain Management Process in Koto Mesjid Village is Culivator then Smooked Cat Fish Businessman then Retailer/Distributor and Consumer. On its behaviour, the smooked cat fish businessman get the product price by following other producer and keep focus on the costes. And then, the smooked cat fish is also have the brand identity and have the good durability. In the Supply Chain Management Performance, the smoked cat fish industry is already good enough which is showed by the the percentage value of the Supply Chain management Performance show that 66,67% the Supply Chain Management activity in the smooked cat fish industry is going to be good enough.
