“Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Dan Pelatihan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Perdagangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Di Kabupaten Kampar”

This research was purposed to find out the effect of leadership, motivation, and training on employee performance at Dinas Perdagangan Usaha Mikro Kecil in Kampar District. The population in this study included all employess in the Dinas Perdagangan Usaha Mikro Kecil in Kampar District, wich numbered 48 employee.
Primery data were collected by questionnary as an instrument to prove the results of this study, ti test the hypothesis in this study is to use multiple linear regressionwith the help of SPSS. The sampling technique chosen was to use the Cencus method (48 employesin the Dinas Perdagangan Usaha Mikro Kecil in Kampar District).
The result of the study found that : 1) There is a positive and leadership on employee performance in the Dinas Pedagangan Usaha Mikro Kecil in Kampar District 2) There is a positive and significant influence on motivation for employee performance at the Dinas Perdagangan Usaha Mikro Kecil in Kampar District 3) There is a positive and significant influence of the Training effect employee performance at Dinas Perdagangan Usaha Mikro Kecil in Kampar District.
