Performance is the result or results achieved during a certain period in
the implementation of the tasks compared to, such as work standards, targets or
targets or criteria that have been agreed upon in advance and agreed upon. The
purpose of this study was to study leadership style and work motivation on the
performance of Riau University Hospital.
This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this study
were 123 people. Data aids technique with questionnaire. Data analysis method
uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS version
21 software.
The results of tests carried out show that simultaneously showing the
leadership style and work motivation possessed on the Employee Performance at
the University of Riau Hospital proved to be quite good, things can be seen by
employees at the University of Riau Hospital being able to attend every working
day
