Pengaruh Rekrutmen Dan Penempatan Terhada Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Bagian Pabrik Pt. Tri Bakti Sarimas (Tbs) Kab. Kuantan Singingi
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment and
job placement on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable
at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Factory Section District. Kuantan Singingi. The study
was conducted at PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas (TBS) located in PKS 1 Bukit payung,
Pantai Village, district. Kuantan Mudik, Kuantan Singingi Regency. With the
number of samples in this study amounting to 135 people.
The results of the study explained that: 1) recruitment affected the job
satisfaction of employees at the factory PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Kuantan Singingi
Regency. 2) placement has an effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tri Bakti
Sarimas Kuantan Singingi Regency. 3) recruitment has an effect on the
performance of the employees of the factory PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Kuantan
Singingi Regency. 4) placement affects the performance of employees in the
factory of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Kuantan Singingi Regency. 5) job satisfaction
affects the performance of employees at the factory PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas
Kuantan Singingi Regency. 6) While the results of the path analysis explain that
recruitment and placement as well as satisfaction have an influence on employee
performance in the factory of PT. Tri Bakti Sarimas Kuantan Singingi Regency.
